Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it.
  • Custom Orders (e.g., custom cuts): Please ensure your cutting list is correct before purchasing, as cut extrusions are non-returnable.
  • Accessories: Eligible for return, but return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense.
  • If your item is found to have a manufacturer’s fault, it will be either replaced or refunded, excluding any freight charges.
  • The item must be unmodified and in its original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status.
  • After inspection, we will inform you of the status of your refund.
  • If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (e.g., credit card).
  • Refund timing depends on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Non-refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
