Returns
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it.
- Custom Orders (e.g., custom cuts): Please ensure your cutting list is correct before purchasing, as cut extrusions are non-returnable.
- Accessories: Eligible for return, but return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense.
- If your item is found to have a manufacturer’s fault, it will be either replaced or refunded, excluding any freight charges.
- The item must be unmodified and in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status.
- After inspection, we will inform you of the status of your refund.
- If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (e.g., credit card).
- Refund timing depends on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- Non-refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
